VELISSE SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Velisse. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website and any connected shopping channels, including social-commerce platforms.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, promotional events, holidays, address verification, fraud review, inventory confirmation, or supplier delays.

2. Where Orders Ship From

Velisse works with third-party fulfillment and supplier partners. Some products may ship from U.S.-based warehouses, while others may ship from overseas partner warehouses.

Because items may come from different fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the item, destination, carrier, and warehouse location.

For orders shipping within the United States:

  • Items shipping from U.S. inventory are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after fulfillment begins.

  • Items shipping from overseas inventory are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after fulfillment begins.

For orders outside the United States, delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local carrier performance, and warehouse location.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping fees may vary based on your location, product type, shipping method, order weight, or supplier warehouse.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@velisselook.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Velisse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Delays

Shipping delays may occur because of weather, carrier issues, customs processing, supplier delays, inventory delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we become aware that your order cannot ship within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where required by law, you may be given the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.

8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar charges may apply.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Velisse is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for additional fees charged by your country, carrier, or customs authority.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us at support@velisselook.com.

Velisse is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier marks them as delivered. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@velisselook.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A clear description of the issue

We may request additional information before offering a resolution.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Velisse may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped because of inventory issues, shipping restrictions, address issues, payment concerns, fraud risk, supplier limitations, platform requirements, or applicable law.

If your order is canceled, you will receive a refund for the affected item or order.
