VELISSE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with Velisse. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Because Velisse works with third-party fulfillment and supplier partners, return eligibility may depend on the item, condition, destination, supplier rules, and applicable law.

1. Return Window

Eligible U.S. orders may be returned if the return request is submitted within 7 days after the final package in your order is marked delivered.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins when the final package is delivered.

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging, if applicable

  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law:

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates and lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Beauty products

  • Jewelry

  • Face masks

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable”

  • Clearance items marked as final sale

4. International Returns

International orders are generally not eligible for standard returns for reasons such as size, fit, style preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If an international order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@velisselook.com and include photos.

We will review the issue and determine the best available resolution.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@velisselook.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A clear explanation of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation and item availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Return Authorization Required

Please do not send any item back without first contacting us.

Returns must be authorized by Velisse before being shipped back.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Items sent without authorization, sent to the wrong address, or sent after the return deadline may be refused.

8. Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

9. Restocking or Rejected Returns

Returns that are late, worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, missing packaging, or otherwise not compliant with this policy may be rejected.

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply where permitted by law.

10. Exchanges

Velisse does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible for return, you may return it according to this policy and place a new order separately.

11. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible to support@velisselook.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, sent to fulfillment, or shipped.

If your order cannot be canceled, you may request a return only if the item qualifies under this policy.
